IMPORTANT NOTICE

• Use either Internet Explorer or Netscape 4.xx in order to submit an online order.
• Do NOT use Mozilla 1.0, Netscape 6.xx, nor Opera. They do not work with our forms.
• We are taking steps to provide an alternative solution to this problem. If you prefer, you may print out the order form and fax that to us.

1. You must have a domain name before ordering a dedicated server.

You may order a domain name from the providers we list here, or from any other provider you prefer.

2. Applications are NOT accepted from e-mail addresses corresponding to free e-mail providers (for example, hotmail and yahoo). You must use an e-mail address corresponding to your ISP provider or current web hosting account.

To reduce fraud, we log your IP address and perform a traceroute to verify your location and service provider.

3. Credit Card Processing.

Credit card orders are charged in U.S. Dollars. Our credit card processing is provided by Hackler International. Their name and/or their U.S. contact number will appear on your credit card bill. Their contact number in the U.S. is (877) 932-9273. They can also be reached at (858) 774-3458, or via e-mail at Admin@myTuffy.Net.

If paying by Money Order or Wire Transfer, then you will need to provide three (3) months advance payment. Subsequent quarterly payments are due 2 weeks in advance of the end of the currently paid-for quarter - No Exceptions.

Personal Checks are NOT accepted.

4. Policies and Guidelines.

Please review our Policies and Guidelines before placing your order.

5. Confirmation of your Dedicated Server Order.

• A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after we have reviewed your application, usually within a few hours after you have submitted the order form.
• The confirmation e-mail will contain the details of your order as well as your billing information.
• The confirmation e-mail will also contain a Billing Confirmation Form, which you MUST fill out, date and sign, and then fax back to us before we can begin processing your order.
• You must fax the Billing Confirmation Form to us within 48 hours of receipt so that we can further validate your order.

6. Setup Time.

Once we receive your Billing Confirmation Form, we will begin building and configuring your server. All servers are built on-site and rigorously tested before handing them over to you. Please allow 7-10 days for setup of your server to be completed. A confirmation will be e-mailed to you which will include your login information and instructions.

7. Setup Fees.

Dedicated Server Setup Fees are Non-Refundable, and are charged before we begin building and configuring your server.

8. Monthly Fees.

Monthly fees are charged in advance of receiving service, but will not be charged until setup of your server is complete.
