    What is PlusRoamer II?
    This is a commercial product for processing e-mail from a web browser. This offers all the features of a regular e-mail program with the flexibilty of being usable anywhere you have internet access and a browser. Unlike other web-based systems, we have incorporated other services that make this a full Internet portal.

    Do I still get regular POP e-mail boxes when I have PlusRoamer?
    Yes. Each account also comes with a number of regular POP accounts that will allow you to pickup e-mail with any standard e-mail program like Eudora or Netscape, and even, yes, Outloook Express.

    How much space does PlusRoamer use per account?
    You can set the amount of space that PlusRoamer will allow in the administration account of PlusRoamer - "Space Allowed Per Account" is the item you will need to edit.

    Why is PlusRoamer not receiving any messages?
    PlusRoamer II uses your default e-mail address to capture the domain's e-mail. This means you must leave the default line unchanged in your .redirect in order for e-mail to reach the PlusRoamer software for processing.

    How do I access the Admin functions of PlusRoamer II?
    To access the administrative function, you will need to log in as admin. Go to the user login screen and type "admin" for user, and use the password you used to register the software.

    How do I setup a PlusRoamer account?
    Login to your Web Control Panel, click on Extras, then select PlusRoamer. You will need to enter a password to make the submission. The password can be anything you like, but you should choose one that's 8 characters long. You will need to use it when you fill out the registration for the software before actually using the service. All scripts are installed within 15 minutes of hitting submit. Once this is in your domain, go to http://your-domain.com/plusroamer/register.mv to get started.
